BEING ACTIVE in CPS (04-01-2017) “Being Active in the Cambridge Public Schools” is a resource list I created for CPS parents, guardians, and other caretakers. It includes information about district-wide parent groups, sources of news and information about the schools, and information about the administration, city council, and school committee. If you download the PDF, the links will be active.
Also note that local elections for School Committee and City Council will be held in November, 2017. You can learn about all the 2015 candidates for City Council and School Committee on the 2015 Candidates page of the Cambridge Civic Journal, and the 2017 information will be posted there beginning in the summer of 2017: http://cambridgecivic.com/vote/
Upcoming Panel Discussion on the Safety of Our Children’s Exposure to Wireless Radiation in School
I thought this panel, taking place at the Shrewsbury Public Library on March 25, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, might be of interest to parents.
Schools today use high-density mesh Wi-Fi networks which can create more intense microwave radiation exposures. This exposure to constantly-emitting microwave transmitters has scientifically documented health impacts that many parents and educators are unaware of. Learn more about what possible health risks children face when they are constantly exposed to wireless radiation throughout the day at school from mesh wireless networks.
